Custom Family Portraits/ Shipping included in price

- After purchasing an email will be sent out to gather more information, you will then need to provide photos of any people you would like in your portrait. Not everyone has to be in the same photo and if you are unsure which photo would be best feel free to send multiple. Photos MUST be clear, I can not draw details from a blurry photo, meaning if you zoom in and the photo is pixelated it will not work. Please no Screenshots. All people in the photo must not be partially cropped or covered, if they are cropped the part that is cut off will butt up to the edge of the sign.

-Proof of your design will be sent within 1-3 business days.

-Please make sure to respond to emails quickly.

-If you do not respond within 7 days from my of my initial email your spot will be forfeited, and your money will be refunded minus a $25 fee for time spent on design.

-One proof with 2 revisions is included. If you want to change the photo and need another proof there will be a 15$ charge. If you need additional revisions past the 2 that are included they will be 5$ each. This is to cover the extra time spent.

-if for any reason you need to cancel your order after the design phase has started a 25$ fee will be deducted from your total and the rest will be refunded. No refunds after the work has begun.

-Once your proof is approved an invoice via email will be sent out for any remaining balance. Invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid in full before any work will start. If you do not pay your invoice within 4 business days you forfeit your spot and the 25$ design fee

-pricing is as followed-

base price is 320$ this includes an 18 inch circle or square backer, two people and a name date combo or a short quote.

To add additional people price is 45$ per adult and 25$ per small child or dog

To add a frame to a square is $25

-For more than 5 people larger size backers will be needed.

-This batch will be a no rush batch only. with my other full time job, I have limited time to work on these so completion time will vary. Please have patience with me.
-Please remember that these are hand cut and hand painted so there may be slight variations in the finished product. I do try to match the colors as best as I can to the proof that is sent out.

If you would like any lace or tulle added please let me know when you order, you can even send me lace or tulle from your dress to include in your portrait.

Shipping is a flat rate within the US and is included in the sign total. Shipping for Canada is a lot more expensive than the US, shipping will be calculated at the end and an invoice for the difference will be sent out.

- Shipping to US and Canada only, Canada does have their own fees and the customer is responsible for ALL shipping and import fees.

-If you are local and would prefer to pick up your sign please let me know and i can refund shipping!

-If for some reason your address changes between ordering and your sign being finished please send me an email with the updated address otherwise it will be sent to the address provided.

-Local Pick up is in Eureka.
