Meet the Maker

Hello my name is Kristin and I am the Maker behind Northern Rustic Woodworks. The story of Northern Rustic Woodworks began in 2017 when I was on the hunt for an entryway table for my home. After shopping around and scouring Pinterest for ideas, it seemed like every option was either not my style or was going to break the bank. Finally, I had an idea: Why not make my own custom entryway table?! With my girlfriend’s experience with power tools and my creative outlook we were able to build the entry table that I wanted. At the time, I had no idea that this would become a passion of mine or where this random project would take me. 

Fast forward a few years and I have turned my passion for creating into a full time business. I have  found a huge passion for the scroll saw and making hand cut 3D signs. Getting to bring peoples logos to life, making a sign that will be in your Childs nursery or making a piece to celebrate a special moment in my customers life is truly such an amazing gift that I am thankful for each day.
